A whole week of positive action to celebrate the gift of water.
Organised by Clare Whistler and Charlotte Still, who won the prestigious Nick Reeves environmental arts award for their work since 2014 raising awareness of water issues. Find out more, and read about past actions and events here.
As well as group cleanings of the Diplocks stream, an ancient water body running behind the Diplocks Industrial Estate in Hailsham, there will be poetry, music, dancing, hooping and willow fish workshops, a puppet show, and the chance to hear more about the ecology and history of local water bodies.
Very happy to be there as part of the eco-body bringing poetry to the stream cleaners and docu-poeming the positive actions.
