                              wait    and see 

As part of my summer project inspiring writers and researchers, I’ve been leading wild writing in woods and green spaces. As Emily Dickinson said,

‘To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee,
One clover, and a bee,
And revery.
The revery alone will do,
If bees are few.’

Getting out into nature has been so important to practice and more so since I have been working remotely, as I can sit inside all day if I am not careful. I loved your forest bathe activity and it has encouraged me to get out into my garden during the day a bit more or take a neighbourhood walk and take in all the surroundings through a different lens. The whole day was a very much needed and has been inspirational.
