wild writing has no no 

wild writing is curious 

wild writing is free 

wild writing is accepting

wild writing is open to change 

wild writing is willing to be 

   is willing to be with 

   is willing to be here now   with

                              wait    and see 

As part of my summer project inspiring writers and researchers, I’ve been leading wild writing in woods and green spaces. As Emily Dickinson said,

‘To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee,
One clover, and a bee,
And revery.
The revery alone will do,
If bees are few.’

Getting out into nature has been so important to practice and more so since I have been working remotely, as I can sit inside all day if I am not careful. I loved your forest bathe activity and it has encouraged me to get out into my garden during the day a bit more or take a neighbourhood walk and take in all the surroundings through a different lens. The whole day was a very much needed and has been inspirational.
